This is an oil painting I did back in 1998, when I was 33 years old and had much more time to paint. The name of this abstract is called "My Life." At the time of this composition, I felt a need to try and describe my life experiences up until that time. This is how I came up with the name and the images in this painting. Maybe in the future, I'll do an updated abstract of my life experiences up until now. Surely it will be much more cluttered than this painting.Wednesday, October 17, 2007

Thank You Olivia, I tend to paint in bolf colors.At times it's an advantage and other times it's a disadvantage. Especially when I'm trying to paint something softer and more pastel.

Hi Linda, Thank you. I hope to paint another one of these abstracts " My Life", just an updated version, since this one was painted back in 1998.
I helped out in the kindergarten art literacy this morning on Picasso and it reminded me of this portrait.
But now that I look at it again, I see sort of an M.C. Escher quality to it.
